![]() Just remove the profile to re-enable spell-check. A configuration profile would be a non-destuctive and very quick way of disabling spell-check. Outlook will automatically check as you go and mark the misspellings with a red line. I meant that when you are spell checking a PowerPoint document containing text in two languages and you click 'Add' to add words to the custom dictionary, PowerPoint does NOT select the appropriate custom dictionary (it shows the previous one). Word uses a plist file and that plist file stores the preferences set in Word menu > Preferences > Spelling and Grammar and Word menu > Preferences > AutoCorrect. Type the text of your message in each language. Outlook will remember this setting so you won't need to set it again. ![]() Typically, youll set this language to be the same as the editing or authoring language. Is anyone else having performance problems with Word 2016 Spell checker I was working with a document that was 60 pages long and had been converted Word 2011 to Word 2016 format. Do you often include multiple translations in a single email message? If so, a great time saver is to have Outlook for Mac detect and spell check those translations for you automatically.
